Cancellation Policy: 

No over the phone or in person cancellations are accepted. 

To cancel your reservation you must submit a cancellation form at the top of home page near the reservation buttons.

a. Deposits are non-refundable due to weather or other acts of God at all times prior to, during, or after your arrival.     

b. Credits will be issued for the remaining balance of your stay only upon termination of your stay if already staying at the campground. Credits will apply to daily or weekly stays only and not to monthly or seasonal stays.

c. Deposits can be transferred when changing your reservation to a different date in the same year.     

d. Up to 14 days prior to the day of your arrival = deposit is fully refundable

e. Up to midnight on the day prior to arrival = Partial refund - a one night stay is non-refundable 

f. From midnight the day prior up to 9 pm the day of arrival = campground owner discretion (either a full, partial, or none, proof is required with cancellation form ). 

g. After 9 pm on day of arrival = no refund for any reason
